Choose between Dubai (DEWA), Abu Dhabi (ADDC), and Sharjah (SEWA). The system instantly loads respective progressive tariff rates, fuel surcharges, and municipality housing fees.
Step 2: Configure Property Details
Specify property type (Apartment vs Villa) and tenure status (Tenant vs Owner). Tenants can enter their annual rental contract scale to parse the standard 5% municipality housing index fee dynamically.
Step 3: Input Volumetric Quantities
Enter monthly electricity consumption in kilowatt-hours (kWh) and monthly water consumption in Imperial Gallons. The advanced simulator maps usage across progressive tiers to show cost distribution.

- DEWA Electricity: Slab 1 (0–2000 kWh at 23 Fils), Slab 2 (2001–6000 kWh at 28 Fils), Slab 3 (6001+ kWh at 38 Fils, plus fuel surcharges).
- DEWA Water: Slab 1 (0–6000 Gallons at 3.5 Fils), Slab 2 (6001–12000 Gallons at 4.0 Fils), Slab 3 (12001+ Gallons at 4.6 Fils).
